Hi! :) I’m quite new in PE: I did it for a month in the past, but I didn’t gain any result.
Now I want to restart.. So I would ask to you if you can tell me the better exercises in order to increase only in circumference.
My penis is long 7.6 inches and thick 5.3 inches. I’d like to grew my circumference in order to have a dimension of 6.3.. Is it possible?

Of course it’s possible. Start with dry jelqs (supposedly they’re better for girth than wet jelqs) to condition yourself for 2-3 months, then move on to more advanced manual girth exercises (you can see them in video section). After that you can try pumping or clamping.

Start • 5.94''x4.92''

Now • 6.50''x4.96''

Goal • 7.00''x5.75''

It is possible to gain only in girth, but unfortunately there isn’t any certain way to do that. Some get length gains from girth-focused excersises, others have foremostly girth gains doing only manual stretching.

BTW, you are above average in both girth and length.

Regarding this, I´ve heard that if you gain a lot of length, then you lose or it is harder to get a lot of girth or viceversa, so as I´ve gained like 1.5 cms in length I´m currently focusing only on girth.

Werewolf, you could try dry jelqs, and a special kind of jelq that I have done to expand the glans, after your routine you could add some slinkys but remember that the warm up is crucial

Werewolf, first of all lots of people will be jealous of your measurements. If you want to increase your girth, concentrate on dry jelqs first and see what the results are after a couple of months. If these are disappointing, then you could take up pumping. Good luck!

Slow dry jelqs with 70% erection and clamping works for me. Have to be careful not to go off too quickly with clamping and injure yourself.

Jelq and squeezes for manual after 4-5 months you could try clamping that’s what give more girth gains from what I read on forums.

First Measurement November 1 2009: EBPL 7.5

Current Measurement June 1st 2010: EBPL 8.0

Short Term Goal: 8.5 inches || EBPL Long Term Goal:9 inches EBPL

Pumping also helps a lot with the girth gains, tell me something, GainerGuy, when you say squeezes, you are talking about jelq squeeezes?
