Hello, my name is Phil and I’m new here. I’ve been jelqing with a little stretching for 54 days now.

My routine is 3 min. Warm up, then do stretch for about 5 mins and 20-35 min. Jelqing using high presure. I do stratch for every other day only (because it kind of hurts afterwards), and jelq every day, only changing the time to have some easy and hard days. I had only like 2 days off. At the moment I’m in phase that I just want to see results to know this thing works for me, then there is a new girl I met, so I want my buddy to by in the best shape possible :D . I´ll be glad for any advice what to do and how. Sorry for my english.

You can raise up your warm up to 10 minutes and start taking more rest days. Being that fresh on the game, isn’t good to skip rest days.

Also, you shouldn’t feel any pain after the workouts, totally the contrary, you should feel pleasure because your penis is bigger and heavier.

Jelqing at high pressure is also not recommended this soon. Especially for 20 to 35 minutes. I think you should do less jelqing per day.

Ok so if I increase the time of warming up and decrease jelqing time and pressure, will I see results sooner? I mean, I get the point that its too soon to start “hardcore” and jelq the s**t out of it, but I’m also afraid that if I don’t it could be ineffective.

I also think that I was doing the whole thing wrong for first few weeks, so if I won’t count that, is 3 months realistic to expect some results even with lower pressure?

At this point I see some better EQ, and my girth seems kind of better, my flaccid is length is better already. I´m not impatient person, but just want to hear that it will grow, if I do it this way or that way..

One more thing, I jelq at low level of erection about 35-50%, just enough to feel the blood make the pressure. My main focus is length. Thanks for any reaction.

Nobody can grant you 100% you will grow, for every body is unique and responds differently.
What they are saying is that you’ll be more likely tô from by slowing down on your exercises and focus on quality not quantity.

Also you need to make your penis get conditioned to the exercises and try to get the most out of the least.

Warming up and warming down is really important at PE and you need to give your unit more time to heal.

This way you can have a long and successful PE career.

You may seem excited to be jelqing for a girl, but like doing anything else to your body for anyone but yourself (dieting, lifting, etc.), you are setting yourself up for disappointment. Most people here jelq for themselves, and listen to their body. If you aren’t focused enough on yourself when doing this, you will not be consistent enough, or you will overtrain and injure yourself. Sounds like you are overtraining by far, 54 days with 2 days off is not recommended. Pain after stretching should never happen, and 20-35 minutes is far too much for a newbie.

If you are just trying to please a girl, I’d say bathmate for temporary expansion, plus a cockring, would be your path, not jelqing.


Problem solving with fire.

Actually I am doing it for myself, because I met this girl just week ago, and I still have long therm sexual relationship, so its not quite right. My goal is to achieve permanent results, at this point I got about 6” BPEL, which is just not enough to be satisfied with myself. The main problem as I see now is that I didn’t really know what I was doing wrong, so thank you all for advice. :)
