How to get newbie gains
Hello, my name is Phil and I’m new here. I’ve been jelqing with a little stretching for 54 days now.
My routine is 3 min. Warm up, then do stretch for about 5 mins and 20-35 min. Jelqing using high presure. I do stratch for every other day only (because it kind of hurts afterwards), and jelq every day, only changing the time to have some easy and hard days. I had only like 2 days off. At the moment I’m in phase that I just want to see results to know this thing works for me, then there is a new girl I met, so I want my buddy to by in the best shape possible :D . I´ll be glad for any advice what to do and how. Sorry for my english.
