I am lifting 4 days a week and doing cardio the other 3. Additionally I have found that intermittent fasting helps me tremendously, and as such I only eat between noon and 7pm each day. This isn’t for everyone but it has worked well for me.

Assuming you’re not in a relationship at the moment, and haven’t been for a (long?) while, this may be one of the causes of your depression — loneliness, and lacking affection from outside sources. Loosing your virginity isn’t going to be the answer, and getting anxious over loosing it is only going to cause irrational decision making.
Since you’re an introvert, though, finding a date is going to make things even more difficult for you. The best thing is to ask friends and family if they can help you hook up with someone, otherwise your next best bet is online dating.

Exercise is good for dopamine and overall health. Getting in shape is a long term goal, and will ultimately be a life-style over the years that require dedication and consistency. Much like PE, if you’re desperate to get in shape as an answer to depression then you’re only going to upset yourself further from how long things take. Find rewards in small steps if you can.

I’ve been doing a ketogenic diet since Feb. 12 and have lost 40 pounds and stabilized my blood glucose without really trying. Well, yes, eating fewer than 20 grams of carbs a day counts as “trying,” and it’s not easy every minute, but once you wrap your head around that proposition and get through the first week or so, it has been smooth sailing. I do lazy keto, where I don’t count calories, have a general idea of how much protein I need, and I only supplement enough fat to keep me satiated and not hungry.

And on the days I wake up not hungry, I also do intermittent fasting by skipping breakfast and not eating until lunch.

This is one of the things that brought me here. The weight loss and glucose control brought some quality back to my erections and whether there were any actual size gains, I don’t know, but I would wake up with morning wood that felt bigger than it has in years. And I wanted more of that.

I hope this doesn’t constitute hijacking the thread. I just wanted to chime in with a testimonial about my experience with keto and how it seems to have given me size gains and increased libido when no other factors I’m aware of were in play.

Also, for anyone considering a ketogenic diet, I would recommend finding an online community of experienced people to learn from, something like this forum, only on that topic. If it isn’t forbidden to mention here, I will say I followed the one on reddit, but there are several places, especially YouTube, where you can learn about it. There are some things to watch out for, like replacing electrolytes, which get low and can cause leg cramps and other problems.

No reason to get depressesd. You have some answers in post #13 and following, and you did confirme yourself what you want to do in post 14.

Now, and I am quite sober and candid here, we can start a discussion over mutiple posts and weeks what you could, should and eventually would do.

Or you simply start to do what you said yourself you have to do?

It maybe sounds a little bit harsh, but being a specialist myself in overthinking the obvious I motivate you to simply start a new life instead of loosing time by thinking about it.

Check out the book “The Hardness Factor” by Dr. Lamm. Its a book all about how to have the best health for the hardest erections. It just so happens that its the same thing as great cardiovascular/ general health. Become a hard man, hard stomach, hard cock, hard mind…

Also if you quit watching porn you might realize that your “libido” is less than you thought or that the hyper stimulating porn was cranking on your sexuality in a way that was like overclocking. I experienced a fear when I quit porn where I was hyper in tune with my dick and always questioning why it wasnt rock hard at all times wondering if it could get hard “RIGHT NOW” like at stupid times liek in the middle of a workout etc etc. I felt like that couldve become a self fulfilling prophecy if I let it. When I’m with my girl though I’m hard as a rock I feel like I’m respecting my sexuality by only really using it with her.

Quitting porn has been on of the greatest things Ive done. I watched and jerked to pixels since I was 12. I gave it up when I turned 29. I don’t even think about it any more. Sexuality must be respected just like your body or else it will turn to shit.

Two things to consider:

1) Sleep Apnea-If you’re not getting REM sleep, it can play havoc on everything, including: depression, sex drive, hormone levels, etc.. I hadn’t had morning erections for years until I started CPAP six months ago.

2) Hormone levels. Even though you are very young, doesn’t mean you can’t have hypogonadism or other related hormone issues.
