I’m back after a lot of PE-free years. I have jelqed for 6 months and have gained an inch. After 2 years of no PE, .5 an inch has reduced.
I’ve started to jelq again. Now I have been jelqing for 3 months now and no improvement.
Im 6” now and I want to get 7”, but it doesn’t seem to work anymore for me. Nothing is happening.
Can anybody help me? Should I change routine? What is the best option?

In jiu-jitsu there is a term, which regrettably I’ve forgotten the name of, but it means something to the effect of “if something is not working, go onto something else.” So, yeah, I would recommend ‘changing up the routine’.
Looks to me that you are wanting to gain an inch in length. That would call for mor stretching than jelqing.
Swith up your routine. Try the newbie routine. It should give you some length and girth.
