Yeah I wouldn’t mind having bigger glans but i’m afraid to go near them, i’m very careful when stretching and jelqing not to touch my glans. Over time I noticed my glans getting bigger anwyays along with the rest of my pride and joy! A mushroom head would be nice though, but that’s not my current goal.

NOT AN UNCONDTIONED NEWBIE TECHNIQUE.

What made my glans grow was getting quite erect and using an okay grip just above my circ scar. I’d push as much blood into my glans as possible and hold it there as long as I could. It helped get my glans to the same girth as the rest of my shaft.

Please, this is not for those unconditioned for this modality.

I wasn’t seeking a mushroom, I wanted to make it the same size as my mseg.

I squeezed hard enough that my size exceeded it’s normal dimension and was completely smooth. It takes time just like anything else. That’s the only method that worked for me.

I was able to increase the size of my glans over time. Unfortunately it was only from the unintended result of jelqing using an OK grip and too much force on the shaft.

Basically it was before I knew how to effectively jelq and was using an improper technique that resulted mostly in red spots, bruising, and no gains in length or girth. But it did give me a noticeably bigger glans.

At least I can verify it is possible. Try simple squeeze exercises like mentioned by Titleist. It should give you the effect without strangling the rest of the penis like I was doing.

For jelqing I found the C grip gives much better results. Just use one hand (overhand or underhand) and squeeze only on the sides. It traps blood in the CCs much more effectively and you can use a lot more pressure. It really gives a pulling feeling and it’s difficult to injure yourself this way.

An OK grip mostly seems to force blood into the blood vessels, the CS and causes edema buildup. Honestly an OK grip jelq and any jelq focusing on the CC should be considered completely different exercises. Especially when the tunica is where many people would agree the majority of gains are too be found.
