Hi, I am a beginner in natural (manual) PE (3 months of experimenting, not religious practice).

I’ve read that it’s not advised to do exercises while having an erection. I’ve also read it’s easier to do PE enlargement when we are old. Am I too young? (22)
The problem I’m experiencing is I always have an erection except when it’s gone but it takes too much time.

Also, I’ve found statistics that indicate that PE works better if there is no ejaculation following exercises (preventing it for a long period of time would be better as well). The website seemed not trust-able but I think the question is interesting.

22 is not too young. The more you PE, the more you will be able to control that erection. Having said that, a hard cock is never a problem! :)

When I was seriously PE-ing, I’d edge for an hour after my stretching and jelqing and seemed to gain very easily compared to a lot. I’d almost always ejaculate though. There is only one way to see if it benefits you and that’s to try it out and see if you benefit. Personally, I could never deny the pleasure.

Wait for the erection to decrease 50% and start doing, if it gets hard again do the same thing over and over.. With time and practice you’ll be able to control better the erection, like zowee said.

Don’t stretch with an erection under any circumstances. If you have to masturbate before stretching, then do so. The masturbation/gains is not a problem for young guys who are still getting hard wood however often they jack off!

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
