How to do PE with too much erection
Hi, I am a beginner in natural (manual) PE (3 months of experimenting, not religious practice).
I’ve read that it’s not advised to do exercises while having an erection. I’ve also read it’s easier to do PE enlargement when we are old. Am I too young? (22)
The problem I’m experiencing is I always have an erection except when it’s gone but it takes too much time.
Also, I’ve found statistics that indicate that PE works better if there is no ejaculation following exercises (preventing it for a long period of time would be better as well). The website seemed not trust-able but I think the question is interesting.
