I looked in the newbie section, the guide and starter.. Couldn’t find a manual squeeze explanation.

I’m thinking of adding some to the end of my workouts..

If someone could explain, would be much appreciated!

It’s under ‘Tutorial’ on the forum sub sections. You basically just hold your base and squeeze and kegel in blood. When you get experienced you can add all sorts like, bends horses etc.

Could be I’m just not seeing it but I’m not seeing anything on manual squeezes..

So you kegal in blood.. How long is good to start with?

Well I think I saved most of the tutorial videos from ages ago and I don’t have anything about manual squeezes but then they are simple. If you need a video aid look at Uli#3. But as I already kegel in blood, I guess you don’t want to be 100% erect at first, but in my opinion you should be at some stage. You just get hard, like 80% I’d say, grip right at the base and it will be easier to maintain the erection. If you have proper stimulus it might auto-kegel for you. Because of your grip blood won’t be able to escape so easily. Vary the tightness of the grip till you feel what is right.

I remember reading squeezes should last at least 30 seconds. But clamping can be done for 15minutes so if you could hold that long work your way up to holding for 15 minutes. It would probably be best to just do repetitions of 30 seconds. Maybe 1 minute squeezes. If you notice the pressure slipping get hard again (How ever you choose) and I’d definitely kegel more blood in to create more pressure.

Take it easy at first and you can always make more pressure, time and try other exercises like the uli. Oh and next time if you have a really common question try using the search bar. These things have been covered a 100x time but I always feel bad to say ”just search” because I was a newbie once and had trouble finding things out. So yes GOOD LUCK!
