If at 30 years old your erections are weak probably you need to investigate why them are weak, in my opinion.
Kegels don’t do miracle, sometimes them help. Better option probably is try to have what is called a “balanced pelvic floor”; I personally think that sometimes to have a good balance is better elongate rather than tense. It depends from your starting point.

I had amazing erections but a week ago I started PE for gains in length and girth. I jumped into it like a crazy teenager and started pumping hard for 15 mins daily along with jelqing for 20mins. After a week I came to know that my erections are gone and if by chance I get an erection, they are5weak as hell.
I got scared and posted issue here. Upon which few senior members advised me to stop any sort of PE immediately. I am worried if I have completely lost my toy?
