Hello folks,

I am unable to find anything substantial that could help me to do perfect Kegels and reverse kegels. Can’t find any such videos either. I am 30 and my erections are weak.

Please excuse my comprehension skills but I really want to know some great exercises to achieve great erections.

Please advise !

Kegels are the flexing of the muscles of your pelvic floor. There are really 2. Front and back. One pinches off urine flow. The other pulls your asshole up and in.

Reverse kegels a the flexing of those systems outwards down there. Imagine trying to push piss out. Or taking a shit. That feeling of stretch reverrse kegels.

Sometimes I do pelvic breathing. Breath in and reverse kegel/ breath out and crunch down with a kegel. They go together. Google pelvic breathing.


Start: Dec 2016 BPEL: 6.125" MEG: 5.5" (5' - 9" 264 lb)

Curr: Oct 2017 BPEL: 6.75" MEG: 5.625" (5' - 9" 245 lb)

Goal: 7.5" x 6" .......I want to win the dick swinging contest.

If at 30 years old your erections are weak probably you need to investigate why them are weak, in my opinion.

Kegels don’t do miracle, sometimes them help. Better option probably is try to have what is called a “balanced pelvic floor”; I personally think that sometimes to have a good balance is better elongate rather than tense. It depends from your starting point.

What is doing PE right? Getting the proper stimulation to recovery ratio. The other critical factor is: if you get vastly improved EQ, your chances of growth are far better! (cit. sparkyx) Warning! If you haven't gotten improved erections:

I had amazing erections but a week ago I started PE for gains in length and girth. I jumped into it like a crazy teenager and started pumping hard for 15 mins daily along with jelqing for 20mins. After a week I came to know that my erections are gone and if by chance I get an erection, they are5weak as hell.

I got scared and posted issue here. Upon which few senior members advised me to stop any sort of PE immediately. I am worried if I have completely lost my toy?

You have to be patient with kegels the results come after months.

It takes me 6 months to develop a very strong pc muscle but it’s super worth trust me.

Just do them whenever you can, flex your muscle for 3-5 seconds at first.

Check the towel raises, its powerfull exercise and gives faster results.

Ah, ok. If this is the situation it is called PE overtraining; what you need is to rest. No, you haven’t lost your friend, especially if you don’t constantly think that you have lost it.

I contract my anus while sitting or standing for 5 seconds and release. That’s how I am doing Kegels.

Extremely sorry I read “advise” as “pumping device”.

I am definitely employing the given advise to stop all sorts of PE. I have stopped doing Pumping and Jelqing. Just regular body exercise at the gym. I hope that’s not an issue, is it?

Perfect, just stick with it and increase the repetitions progressively.

Dont worry you will get better. A word of advice: What out when you call it ‘your toy’ this will separate you from your own body in your mind. You penis is part of you. It is you as much as your hands, your brain. Accept it into your soul and respect it. That will keep you from doing crazy things to it.

I feel blessed here, in the company of enlightened men. I am among few people who once decided remain consistent to their goal achievements no matter if results are coming too slow. I am surely gonna grow penis wise as well as experience wise.

I am gonna stick to this routine for consecutive 2 years from now and will share progress until I have good 2” increase in length and girth.
Btw, this kegel exercise seems working. It is been a day and a half and my dick is semi erect from last 2 hours.


All about my Dick. Acheived 1.5 Inch in Length and 1 inch in Girth. Current BPEL 6.5" BPEG 5"
