You don’t clamp. Not yet. If you have not done the newbie routine consistently for at least 6 months then clamping will do nothing more but set you up for injury.
Do the newbie routine for 6 months. Then keep doing it until you no longer see gains for another 4 months, then possibly add in lite clamping. Start out at 2 minutes, then add a minute every two weeks until you top out at 10 minutes.

See now you got me adding to my own suggestions. If I were in charge of your routine it would be this.
Newbie routine minimum of 6 months, once gains stop for 4 months add in cervixhunters manual stretch routine. After six months to a year use a modified lite version of tntjockey’s clamping routine.
IMO you would be setting yourself up to join the 2inch gainer’s club!
