What is the best way to clamp? Do I clamp erect or flaccid? Do I use two clamp or just one. How long do I keep it on, how many set do I do. How long should I do it till I can expect to see some results. I know it’s a lot just wanna do it right and put myself in a good possession to get gains.

Well, if your join date and post count and question asking are indicative of how long you’ve been PE’ing…..I’d say 0 clamps. I’d continue with the newbie routine A LOT LOT longer before you begin to clamp. If your tool is conditioned or not (never really put too much thought into that because some could be without ever PE’ing) is not the only thing that you have to take into consideration. You’re going to get more gains out of the newbie routine if you continue with it for a lot longer until you don’t yield ANYTHING from it at all anymore. I wouldn’t even consider it now because you might get injured and hinder the potential growth you can gain with just the newbie routine alone.

But, there are also videos on here that show how and a lot of tutorials if you search for it.

You don’t clamp. Not yet. If you have not done the newbie routine consistently for at least 6 months then clamping will do nothing more but set you up for injury.

Do the newbie routine for 6 months. Then keep doing it until you no longer see gains for another 4 months, then possibly add in lite clamping. Start out at 2 minutes, then add a minute every two weeks until you top out at 10 minutes.

This here is my all time favorite manual stretching thread “/forum/showthread.php?t=125429”. Throw that on top of the newbie routine after 6 months also.

See now you got me adding to my own suggestions. If I were in charge of your routine it would be this.

Newbie routine minimum of 6 months, once gains stop for 4 months add in cervixhunters manual stretch routine. After six months to a year use a modified lite version of tntjockey’s clamping routine.

IMO you would be setting yourself up to join the 2inch gainer’s club!
