Hello..

Simple question: how can I cement my gains?

Every time I stop PE for a month or so, due to lack of time, I notice that my unit goes back to its original size.

Any suggestions about this subject, will I have to PE for the rest of my life? :/

Keep going until you’ve exceeded your goals. Slow down over time after that. Some people have reported major losses after long periods without PE, so a little jelqing in the shower might help. PE tends to require constant and consistent application for a long period of time. If you are going to take breaks when you get bored or other priorities come to the fore, it might be better to not do PE at this stage in your life.
