I have tried on and off for about 4 months and I feel and see the difference but I am never able to be constant. Any suggestions of how to stay of focus?

Make it as much of a no brainer as possible. What I mean is: turn it into something that you can do by rote.

To be serious just get some idea in your head, like that you want at least 1/4 inch in 2 months. Stick to your routine for that period and after that it’s easy.

Just see real initial gains and you’ll be hooked.

In order for me to be serious, I started watching big dick porn. I know These guys were the biggest of the big but it made me want to have something huge but never bigger than them.

It’s just like bodybuilding I want to be a huge guy but never bigger than Jay Cutler or any other Olympian.

Another thing I did was try to do some form of PE everyday and never miss 2 days of no PE.

PE is a life style like bodybuilding and for me these too fit together.

One final tip I would recommend is to make PE a hobby and not a chore. When something is a chore you don’t want to do it! When it’s a hobby you start reading more on the subject and as the more you tackle on your hobby the more progress you make.

So for you to be “serious” make PE your hobby and good luck on your future gains.

I know that’s not the point of your post, but I’m pretty sure even if they tried, most people couldn’t look like any of Mr. Olympia competitors, even doing what they’re doing (food, training, steroids) simply because of inferior genetics. I’d say genetics of Mr. Olympia competitors are in 99.9th percentile.

UpTo7 your correct about that. All I know is being at 5’10 I want to be a solid lean 200lbs! My genetics were bad so far I went from 120 to a close 170. So 30 more lbs to go :D
