Hi everyone,
I’ve been jelqing and stretching for the past couple months (although i’ve been jelqing on and off for in the past, very discontinous) until now this is my routine:

-10 minutes rice sock
- 8 stretches, one minute each, up-right-left-down *2
- 100 wet jelq, at least 3 seconds each, erection grade barely sufficient to penetrate (60%)
- 5 minutes hot water

In a week 2 days on/1 day off

What kind of exercises can I add? I’ve got a big problem with time, so I need to add something quick but effective. I wondered what if I added Uli#3 every 20 or 25 jelqs? I do not kegel, It’s very boring IMO. I use porn to keep the erection going, is it good? And I do not fap, too, to be always quickly hard.

I would stick to what your doing for now, since you’ve only been at it a couple months. One thing you could perhaps try to do is perfect your jelq. Make it more precise, intense, maybe a bit of a slower rep. Maybe experiment with jelqing then stretching, and stretching and then jelqing. Plus the amount of jelq reps you do as well. That’s what I would do first, start adding 20-40 jelqs to your routine every week if it feels good. Work your way up to 300 jelqs.

But this is all takes time, especially to see results, and a few months isn’t enough time to move on to more advanced techniques. Give it another 4 months at least, plus you’d be surprised what you can gain by then.

Ok, but what about the fact I don’t use kegels? Is the erection grade right? thanks
