I’ve been trying just bending it upwards when about 70% erect for a month or more and that hasn’t shown much improvement.

Does anyone else have some good ideas that are better effective or that would make the process faster?

from what I have seen on the forums curves are very hard to change even a little.

Try Jelqing upwards every 4th or 5th stroke.

Just keep at it - progress is difficult to quantify, but if you do it long enough you can achieve at least some kind of change.

How about trying fulcrum V-stretches. I use either the web-space between the index and middle fingers of my non-stretching hand, or the web space between the thumb and index finger, as a fulcrum along various points of the shaft.

V-Stretches, jelq upward, and then buy about a 10lb kettle-bell from wall-mart with a wrist sweatband. Place the wrist sweat band where you want the curve to be. Put the weight handle on the wrist band then grab under the gland and pull straight out with the weight hanging where the curve is to form.

Its hard to form a curve but it is possible. If you use an ADS with tension rods when fully extended stick a rod between the top of the shaft but under the tension rods, they will fully extend your penis but at the same time curve it up. Over time with all of the above mentioned you should to start to develop a curve. I don’t think you’ll ever get a “prominent” upward curve but you will start to form one.

A month is too little time to notice anything, PE is a process that takes years. Stick with something for 2 months and be certain it did nothing before you try a new approach.

In my opinion, to achieve a permanent upward bend, a rigid “septum” or dorsal thickening would be ideal because it lies on the upper, TENSION (topside) of your dick, while the (lower) cavernosum S. And (somewhat lower) cavernosa on the sides, are the COMPRESSION components.ie. You would want to favor exercises for the compression components and de-emphasize exercises that pull the septum too much.

If you hang straight down it would probably reduce the erection angle but not the curve.

At the original posted, I think doing things like V or A Stretches (I forget which is which) but the one where you put pressure on top of the penis shaft, you can see when doing the exercise you’re bending the penis into that upward curve shape. I was lucky to always have an upward curve but doing this exercise (with weights) has made it even clearer.

Oh and my other suggestion is try jelqing only the CS chamber.
