How tightly should I be squeezing?
I’ve searched and, either I suck as searching or there aren’t many threads related to this topic. I’m new to jelqing and PE in general. I’ve been small my whole life. I want to make gains and I’ve read the newbie routine. My question is that there isn’t anything that I can find that tells how tightly I should be squeezing when I jelq. I don’t want to hurt myself but, I don’t want to waste any unnecessary time either.
If someone could point me to a thread or explain that aspect of the technique to me I would be in their debt.
