I am not sure if I am doing the right thing because my penis always seems hurt after I jelq
I always got my flaccid firm after jelq while the off days it appears softer

As long as your not getting blood spots (like I have) you should be ok. I believe I was really putting to much force into it and got some spotting.

From what I have learned after 1 month of PE is to grasp firm, but not tight to the point it hurts. You have to ease into a firmer grip over time. And don’t take your stroke over your glans.
