How should my penis feel after workout

Just wondering exactly what I should feel after a successful workout? Thank you :)

If I do my workout in the morning, I usually notice a fatter flaccid that definitely hangs lower. It shouldn’t hurt, but some discomfort after a workout isn’t a bad thing. Basically you feel that you have had a good workout.

Cool, just wondering before I take my dog out for a walk so to speak haha!

Any tips for dry jelqing?

I have never dry jelqed before. I’m sure someone else has some insight.

I like to do an upside-down OK grip at the base, and slowly pull downward toward the glans. When a sufficiant amount of pressure builds up, I hold the stretch at that point for 5 seconds or so. After a workout, you should feel that your penis is more spongey and pliable. Additionally, your erection quality (EQ) should improve if you are doing things properly.

Do you mean a workout consisting of jelq or something ? Because I think that when using an extender/hanging , that’s not always the case.

By ‘up-side down OK grip’ I take it you mean an overhand OK grip?
How much pressure should I need to apply for this pressure to build up sufficiently?

Funnily enough after my work-out last night, I noticed an increase in EQ to the point where my penis was basically looking straight up at me, yet the tape( I know I shouldn’t of!) showed no gain! I’m guessing it takes a while for the penis to alter?

Yeah, I think you’ve got the right idea about how to grip it. As for the amount of pressure to use, you’ve got to kind of feel it out and see what feels good. Over time, you will become very good at understanding the signals from your body about how to use pressure. It definitely takes a good amount of time before your penis changes shape, and when it does it can still return to normal if you do not cement the gains. Don’t get too worried about what can mess up along the way, though. Just read all you can, post all you can so that you know you are involved here, be safe and smart with the exercises you do, be patient, work hard, and you’ll be just fine. :-)

I’ve actually recently seen an improvement in size since my last work-out two nights ago. I even measured it and found the girth to have increased to 14.7! But I know the chances is that it’s just swelling, however it kinda shows I’m on the right track even if the gain doesn’t stick! Thing is, It didn’t feel swollen and on pressing my finger into the skin of my penis I noticed very little swelling if at all :) I think though, that I’m merely regaining size than it being new. I do remember feeling this big before haha. I post my day to day progress on my other thread, check it out please :) The more opinions, the more of a rounded knowledge I will have :D
