How should I position my point of birds eye view when measuring EL?

I originally thought I was 5.8 non bone pressed, but it recently came to my attention that if I crane my head a couple inches forward I measure 6.1. If I crane my head even more, i get bigger, but obviously I am then looking from angle that gives me false readings. However I feel that just looking down how I originally was, I am appearing smaller than I actually am, because I think i am looking from behind the tip of my penis. How can I ensure that I am looking from the angle that gives me the most accurate reading?

Place the measuring instrument on top of your penis. Look straight down and read it. If your are still wondering the point of BEV, imagine a girl or someone else measuring your penis, and think of what size they would say you were. Use that size.

Goal 8.5" NBPEL 6.5" EG

Just do it the same way every time. You are trying to track PE gains. As long as you are consistent about how you measure, you can track.

I disagree with UYN - Don’t worry about “what a girl would say”. This is a measurement for your self to see if you are gaining with your routine. So just do it the same way everytime.

I agree with what you are saying sta-kool, but I also think you should to say it to someone else as well. For example an analogue bath weight. You could move your head towards the right and weigh less, or you could move it towards the left and weigh more. Although the accurate reading would be ‘straight on’, as this is the weight you would tell others. At least that is my opinion.

Which is why IMHO BP is the only relevant measurement— lose/ gain 10# and you’re tracking is all kinds of screwed.

“girls” don’t folow TP measurement rules— at a tad under 8”BPEL, I’ve actually let ladies measure me and with a little sleight of hand they’ve come back at well over 9”— the number is what will excite them, not how strict your measurement standard is.
