How should I jelq?

Hi,

I’ve been jelqing for about a week now, experimenting with different positions in doing it…I was wondering if I’m sitting down, which direction should I jelq, upwards (towards the cieling), outwards (towards the wall), or downwards (to the floor). I know some have said jelqing should go with your LOT but I’m just wondering which way has worked for most of you’s, thanks.

Probably best to vary.

I always found that starting up worked well and then when the erection subsided slightly moving the angle down worked well.

The point is to follow what your penis is telling you, if you are feeling a good pump stick with the direction for a few strokes otherwise change until you are getting a good pump. Jelqing is easy to understand in its basic form but quite hard to really master - to maximise the workout with minimum effort. There’s little point in spending 2/3 of a jelqing session actually doing little more than masturbating.

The different angles also have an effect jelqing upward can help maintain an erection because the penis will generally want to soften if its bent unnaturally. Jelqing downward can increase the pump at lower erection levels allowing maintenance of a good working stroke during subsidence and can impact on the ligs, effectively turning a jelqing session into a jelq and stretch session, especially if the stroke is altered to encourage a stretch at the end.

I jelq and strech in all directions, but always think about your LOT.

Stretching and jelqing down might give you nice lenght, especially flacid, but your LOT might go down.

When penile surgery is done the ligaments are cut and the penis can be lengthened, but the LOT is pretty much near 6 or 7 o’ clock and who wants that?
I guess it works the same way with PE just that the ligaments are stretched.
OK true mostly the tisues are stretched, but if you stretch downwards it’s more likely to loose LOT height.

Somebody correct me if I’m wrong, but I thought that the LOT theory was simply a tool to help determine HOW an individual should stretch.

In other words, having a low LOT isn’t a bad thing - it just means that you want to stretch more towards the ceiling or laterally - aim for the tunica; as opposed to targeting the ligs.

If someone has a high LOT, they can probably get more immediate benefit from pulling towards the floor.

The tunica is harder to stretch than the ligs but as you say the LOT theory is about helping you target stretching usefully. Or at least thats how I understand it :)

well the lower the LOT is the harder it is to have good sex. If the LOT is very high it will more likely stay in place. Most people recognize that when doing kegels during an erection. The top ligaments are tightened doing this because the pc muscle pulls your penis towards your anus. This way the erection gets a lot harder and if u slap your penis you will notice that it will jump back stronger than without kegels.

Well just try it, if you notice sideeffects that you don’t want just change the direction. Starting PE the stretches will go back to normal if you stop.

Ipersonally can actually feel where I need to stretch, or in wich direction I need to do jelqs.

Thunder I read the thread a few times and I think I understood it from the logical Point of view the first time.

I’m just saying that I think having slower lenght gains but keeping your LOT high is better.

I did some hanging back when I was 14. I realized my Lot was going down and so I stopped after a few weeks.

Didn’t feel right.

I wanna start hanging again, but I’ll lie parallel to the floor so it’s stretched in a 90° angle.

Performing jelqs I usually use an angle about 10° lower than my Lot.
I use a lot of V-stretches because they will automatically be stretched upwards or straight out but not downwards.
Combined with circular stretches this gives an evened out stretch.

I don’t know about others just describing what I have noticed.

Jelqinator,

Having a high LOT is something that should be exploited to its fullest potential. That is, turning a high LOT into a low LOT is what we want to do, as it means we’re stretching our ligaments and allowing the inner penis to become outer penis. Once the possible gains from a high LOT have been exhausted, when the LOT is no longer high, but low, it is time to focus primarily on tunica work. The tunica will stretch and catch up with the ligaments again, causing the LOT to get higher.

Hopefully, the when the LOT is high once again, potential gains from stretching the ligaments again will be possible. I think the total times we can stretch the ligaments, catch the tunica up with the ligaments, and then stretch the ligaments again are most likely limited; however, trying to get everything we can out of it won’t hurt a damn thing. :)

KOG i started doing Jelq like techniques very early.
I started masturbating at the age of 3 (not having effort in ejaculating but in getting boners)
I had bad experiences back then(age 14). I didn’t know anything about LOT back then. I just wanted to get a larger Penis and thicker but all I could think of was hanging.
Sometimes when I masturbated (long before PE) I would use a few jelqing strokes to get more blood into my penis and kegels, were always normal to me. The PC muscle is always working when going to the bathroom. and I have always used kegels to prevent ejaculation.

The LOT theorie just describes how the tunica and ligaments expand right? and how to find out the best angle.
The thing is:
Always think about what you want to reach.
For me personally it’s more important to: (descending order)
1.get the hardest erections ever
2.keep my LOT in position or raising it from it’s now 9 - 10 o’clock to 10 - 11 o’clock.
3.to get more girth
4.to add lenght.

I’m not doing this for my pleasure but for the pleasure of my girlfriend.

I think everybody shoul reconsider what they or thier girls want them to reach before doing techniques they are told to do.

Always keep in mind that everybody has different goals.

With a LOT of 9-10, and your desire for length, you should be hanging/stretching/jelqing at low angles. Of course you can always ignore the LOT theory and do tunica work, but you are probably missing out on some significant length gains that could be more easily realized (seeing that keeping a high LOT is more of a priority than getting more length). Jelqing will help with your erection goals. Both jelqing and stretching (manual or hanging) will help with girth.
