How should I go about this?
I have been doing PE on and off for about a year now (I have done three months or so of the newbie routine, and 5 months or so of inconsistent manual stretching/kegeling and then have taken a 2 month break until now), and am thinking about getting more serious about PE now that I have more time. I am currently at around 6x5, and hope to eventually get to around 7.5-8x6 as an ultimate goal. Now, I know that the general consensus is to focus on length first, and girth second, however, does this mean to cut out all girth exercises from my program? For instance, I plan to recondition for a period of time and then to go into hanging, but should I cut out all jelqing while I am hanging until I achieve my desired length? Or, should I keep doing jelqing? Because although my ultimate goal is to gain in both length and girth, I want to make sure to go about this process the correct way.
