How safely could I gain .5 an inch of girth?

Hi guys, I’m satisfied with my length of 6.5-6.75 inches, but less so with my girth of 4.25-4.5 inches.. Would it be safe for me to jelq to gain an extra .5 of an inch girth? Naturally I’m incredibly concerned about penis health, as when you look practically anywhere else online they practically say your dick will fall off from doing any PE. I’m not really after a mega dick, but I’d just like to lose that slight pencil effect

Safely = Slowly.

Slow enough = Stay within 10% of your best EQ.

Once your boners start getting a little floppier from fatigue, don’t touch it for two days at all. Then when you get back jelq at a 60-70% erection level. It’s hard to hit that precisely, just know when it gets that solid to the touch feeling less is more with regards to intensity if jelqing.

Yes you can do it safely, but you’re just as likely to disregard this advice as I was starting out lol.

Yepp go with a easy going jelq routine as already mentioned. Don’t go in and do it too erect; 60- 80% erect as already said is your best and safest bet.

Warm up for 5 minutes at least and go for it, start off with no more than 50- 60, 3- 5 sec jelq strokes and ramp up the reps after a week or two by 10- 20 jelqs. If you’re uncut I’d recommend doing dry jelqs, if not use some lube and do them wet.

The point of not being too erect is to prevent injury and actually getting some good blood flow going+ 100% erect jelqs are more risky regarding getting injured.

Then warm down as heat seems to be key, especially in gaining girth.

Edit; Also be on the lookout for good signs of good penis health like frequent and nightly erections, if they start to get less and/ or less hard you’re probably overdoing it and need to ramp the intensity down.

Start with a 2 on 1 off schedule or maybe 1 on 1 off. This you’ll have to figure out for yourself.

I won’t disregard it- what does ” Stay within 10% of your best EQ” mean?

Thanks a lot, part of what you said is why I’m not too concerned about damaging my penis, jelqing is barely more than jacking it with a deathgrip, and whenever I do that too frequently I lose some hardness for a few days.. I know it passes

Lighten up on your grip. It shouldn’t feel like a death grip. Make an OK sign and use enough intensity to be on the rougher side of still pleasurable.

Reverse jelq at 80% erection works for me. Do it SLOWLY. I almost killed my penis during reverse jelqin.

I read something before that made me too paranoid to try this.

I’ve gotten some good EQ coinciding with BTB jelqing though.

If you pay attention to the negative PIs and back off you will stay safe.

It’s not dangerous at all if you are cautious and not in a hurry with what you are trying to accomplish. Most injuries come due to impatience, greediness or just plain ignorance and not listening to the wisdom that is spread all over this forum of what to do and what not to do.
