how relevant are temp gains to PE?

how relevant are temp gains to PE?

I was just wondering how they relate. Do temp gains mean better work outs and faster gains, or do they have nothing to do with PE? I almost never get temp gains so I don’t know if maybe I’m not doing things properly or if that’s just the way my body is.

You should have temporary gains at least during the jelq if not after as well. Maybe try another technique. What PE are you trying?

Are you speaking of length or girth?

5 min warm up followed by 5 min stretching (marinera’s technique) and 10-15 bathmate. Even when I used to jelq I’d almost never get temporary gains.

Ya it seems like you should have some temporary gains. If clamping or a pump does not give you expansion I dont know what would.

I have gained a bit which is the weird thing. But my size varies, specially flaccid. I have an annoying turtling problem
