How possible is half an inch?

How possible is half an inch?

I’ve been P.E-ing since March but the last 3 months have been the most consistent, yet I have had zero gains,not even a mm. However my erection quality has improved and I get a lot more morning wood.

Because of no gains, how possible is it for me to reach my goal of half an inch in length?

I am currently 7” BP and 6” NBP. It would be life changing to get just that half an inch more of NBP length. I stretch for 15 mins during the day and Jelq 200-300 to a 2day on 1 day off shcedule. Any advice is welcome. (Apart from smart asses) lol. Thankyou

Very possible. There are many guys who have gained well over half an inch in length, including myseolf. Keep doing what you are doing. However, you might want to change the intensity if your routine. Try stretching at different angles, not just downwards.

Yes I have gained .75 and yes it is as Krowax said very possible.

All it takes is dedication.

Goal: NBPEL 8 == EG: 6

I am hoping to gain half an inch at least in noobie gains. Hopefully within 3-4 months, maybe.

If you’ve not been gaining, you need to increase time, increase force, or find a new exercise or exercises. You need to do this consistent with monitoring your EQ and your PIs. Along with the measuring tape and ruler, they will tell you whether you are doing too little, doing enough or doing too much. After three months, according to the Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine , you should be up to 30 minutes of jelqing, which would be around 600 jelqs (20 three second jelqs per minute, times 30 minutes).

Don’t increase to 600 jelqs overnight. Increase your repetitions gradually, monitoring your EQ and PIs. Measure from time to time, but not too frequently. Stay with it, and be consistent.


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

I count myself as lucky that I have gained anything. .68” gained in my first 2 months exactly of PEing.

Of course 1/2” is possible— but how hard that is to get seems to vary widely among people, and I don’t know if people understand exactly why some people appear to be ‘hard gainers’. There are hard gainers in bodybuidling too— it could honestly just be a purely physiological thing. On the other hand, at least in bodybuilding, some people find they just have to do things much differently from other people. I wonder if PE could be similar—maybe the hard gainers could make decent gains if they could only figure out what their body needs.

I’m sure some people just legitimately have steel dicks that just don’t want to change…

The “consistent” part I would say is critical… I’ve already observed that for myself.

I have gained exactly 0.5” in length in one month of semi-committed PE. No ads, no hangers, just some off and on stretching & jelqing.

I made a post recently (and I’m sure many others have) about the idea that length gains are really in fact two phases. The first phase is the length gains from your ligaments & skin getting stretched out, giving you some length. The second phase is the longer, hard-earned length where you focus on stretching the entire penis hoping to get some kind of mitosis going on.

With that theory being said, I managed to have gotten 0.5” length from ligament stretches, and maybe thats what you need to look into. Try to focus on stretches that really target the ligaments (do some searches) and work on those. My half inch is not cemented yet but its on its way to being cemented.

Also, in the first phase, better EQ can be a contributing factor. I attribute some of my newbie gains to this alone.

Oh, and another note, I really do believe the smaller you start, the faster you get your first gains. I have noticed that with other forum users who started small, and I am a continuing demonstration of that theory.

I’m 5” BPEL, now 5.5” BPEL with a healthy erection. Not bad at all. My NBPEL hasn’t changed as significantly, but I think a lot of that has to do with fatpad (I’m not fat myself, but I do have an unusually thick fat pad).

Erect Girth hasn’t changed, but my flaccid girth has some visual improvements.

And I should also mention that, while you do PE, try changing up things whenever you can (even something as simple as your grip strength when you jelq, or how long you stretch in certain directions). It’s weird but no PE routine is universal. I have learned in the short time that I’ve been PE’ing, what my penis likes and what it doesn’t like (PI’s!!!). You must learn this and modify your routine so that you get the most from PE.

Retention head, I agree, EQ is a serious factor. It is hard to say how much EQ has to do with my gains, but I still believe that my ligament/skin stretches are the bulk of my gains. This is because months ago I measured myself when I had an unusually high EQ (and this was before I knew about PE) and I barely reached 5” BPEL. But my improved EQ I’m sure has some hand in my gains.

For the first phase, I will revise (with your help retentionhead) that gains are from 1) Lig and skin stretches, 2) Improved EQ, and 3) Better understanding of how to measure correctly. heh.

If you’re EQ drops, it could look like you haven’t gained; I noticed my partial erection, with an EQ of maybe 5 I’m at 6.25”. When my EQ hits 8 or so (around my max) I’m at 6.68”. Maybe it would appear as if I had “gained” more from my starting 6.0” if I had an EQ of 10 (maybe not!.. at some point, it seems getting a harder erection makes no difference for my length).
