How often should you be kegeling?

I’m just wondering. Should you do it everyday? Every other day? As consistently as the rest of your PE routine? It is a muscle after all, can it be overworked?

I constantly kegal when I clamp, its basically one giant clamping/kegal session. It really gets the pressure sky freakin high in the unit.

Isn’t the penis an apendage and not a muscle?

Currently, I am doing 4 days on 1 day off.

I was talking about the PC muscles, sorry if that wasn’t clear.

I kegel whenever I think about it. I also kegel to put myself to sleep. I see nothing negative about strengthening your pc/bc muscles. At worst, it will help with ejaculation control. (you use the pc and/or bc muscle(s) when edging and/or ballooning)

I do a kegel routine at least once a day when taking a break from work and surfing for porn. However I will do some kegels during down time like driving cooking,cleaning, etc.
