How often should I PE?

How often should I PE?

Should I PE once EVERYDAY, or just every 2 days or something like that?

I ask because I don’t think I have enough time and privacy for a 30 minute work-out.

I do every other day and find it works ok. Maybe I would gain more doing it every day but right now I’m doing good enough. I figure it’s a good idea to give that special organ enough rest, even if it’s more then it needs, better safe then sorry with your willie!

I was doing it 5 days on 1 day off for 3 months.
I wouldn’t suggest that.

There needs to be more time off.
Try it every other day or so.
Just make sure you do it about 3
Times a week and try to be CONSISTENT.

I have doing it for 5 days and 2 days off. It works quite well for me. But dont stretch too hard gives you some injuries but the injuries are quite thrilling anyways and they heal completely :-)

Two on, one off. Rest is important, especially when you’re starting out.
