How necessary is hanging or using machines?
It seems that all the people who’ve made multi inch gains are using some sort of stretching or clamping device, and I have apprehensions about using weights. I am a beginner in PE measuring 5 NBPEL x 5, and my goal is to reach 7.5x6. Will I eventually have to incorporate devices into my routine or is it possible to reach that only using manual techniques? Are there many success stories like this from people who didn’t use machines? Thanks.
