How necessary is hanging or using machines?

It seems that all the people who’ve made multi inch gains are using some sort of stretching or clamping device, and I have apprehensions about using weights. I am a beginner in PE measuring 5 NBPEL x 5, and my goal is to reach 7.5x6. Will I eventually have to incorporate devices into my routine or is it possible to reach that only using manual techniques? Are there many success stories like this from people who didn’t use machines? Thanks.

It is definitely possible to make good gains using only manual excercises. Jelqing will increase both length and girth, and I myself gained ½” using manual stretches. Eventually, though, you might want to take up hanging. It’s the best way to consistently apply a measured amount of force to the penis.

I never used any kind of hanging or clamping devices. I’m in my 3rd month and I’ve gained half an inch in length and a little less then an inch in girth so I’m not complaining so far. Off course I’ve only been busy 3 months so I haven’t made multi inch gains. Maybe 1 day…

I only stretch and Jelq and will never start hanging or use some kind of machine. I’m curious wether there are other people with good gains without hanging or anything.

There are several guys who have had success with jelqing and/or manual stretching.

Not exactly, but they do have something in common. The guys who have had good gains are devoted and consistent with their routines, no matter what they use for PE.

I would agree with you. Guys who gained 1+” did PE for sometime and chances are they tried different devices. But manual is the way to go in the beginning.

Is there such a thing as a girth hanger?

A hanger is for hanging weights and that produces length.

I don’t like the idea of hanging because I don’t like the ethics of spending money on something like increasing my penis size. I’ll put in the work, but to pay for it is something else. Also, it is harder to keep a secret when you have the burden of physically hiding a device. And isn’t hanging more prone to injury than manual stretching? .. just my thoughts.
