How much will I grow?

Hi everyone,

I am BPEL 6.3 inches (16cm), NBPEL 5.5 inches (14cm) and EG 5.5 inches (14cm). {For BPEL how hard do I press into the pubic bone}

As a realistic goal, how much will I be able to grow in erect girth and length using the newbie routine 2 days on and 1 day off method.

1. What is the size for quick gains? Before your gains slow down. (e.g the range from what most people get being a fast gainer or hard gainer)

2. Do I have to be dedicated to the routine and not miss a day of the routine for it to work?

3. At some point will the newbie routine become useless or do people still see results?

4. If I dont make any gains, does this mean that I am a hard gainer and require more intense workouts?

3. It is most likely your dick will get used to the stress, just like any tissue would

4. Not necessarily more intense, maybe just different exercises. If in 3 months you don’t gain anything it is most likely you’re a hard gainer

Remember to start slow, try the newbie routine first with less jelqs and a simple stretching routine and see how it goes. Good luck man!

What is your BPEL?

You only specified your NBPEL.

Is that only using the newbie routine for 3 months or did you do anything else?


3/02/2019 - BPEL 6.5", MSEG 5.5"

BPEL 6.5” to 9.0" 8% Progress 6.7”

MSEG 5.5” to 6.5" 19.7% Progress 5.71”

Well half or a little less than that I suppose it’s from improved EQ. My BPEL is 7.1 I don’t put my BPEL because it’s not really all usable length and I don’t think it’s that important except to get a an accurate measure of your gains
My routine is:
10-15 min warm-up
24x50 seconds V/mandingo stretches (the stretches I do are a hybrid between v stretches and mandingo stretches, that’s the best I can explain it)
24x20 sec tunica tugs (for a while I experimented with orange bends but they don’t seem to work for me)
24x20sec squeezes ( I don’t know what they are called, I make an ok grip at the base to stop the blood then squeeze the head in my palm to engorge the shaft)
300-350 x 4-5 sec dry jelqs at 50% erection ( when erect my penis rises to 11 o’clock, I do them when it stays at 9 o’clock in the direction the penis is pointing)
10-15 min warm down
60x10 sec kegels

2 days on 1 day off (sometimes when the penis feels a little fatigued I take more rest days)
In one of the days from the “2 days on” I edge for about an hour

BTW if you just started doing PE I wouldn’t recommend doing my routine. My penis was conditioned due to years of doing sessions up to 5 hours of edging and I never had not even one true negative PI but I take cautions anyway (like the extra rest days)

Oh okay thanks for the heads up.

I’ll start off slow and slowly implement other techniques into it later down the track.

Lucky, 6.7 NBPEL is pretty good. I wouldn’t mind that haha
