How Much Width Have You Gained From Pe ?

Really want to gain width. I seem to be making minute progress. Has anybody out there measured and kept up with width ? Has anybody gained ?


1/15/2014 - 7.5 BPEL x 5 MSG

3/28/2014 - 7.5 BPEL x 5.1875 MSG

2/20/2015 - 7.75 BPEL x 5.25 MSG

From your stats it looks like you’re gaining pretty symmetrically. I’m closing in on 2 years of PE and I’ve added 3/4” in length, but only 3/8” in girth. Jelqing seems to add more length than girth for me, so I added pumping about 5 months ago. Girth progress still seems slow. I don’t want to try clamping yet because I still want more length. If I get to where I don’t want more length I probably will give it a shot.

It most likely depends on how you jelq.

High vs low erection you mean? I definitely have days where maintaining a higher level is a challenge. Not because I have low EQ because I don’t workout if I don’t have good night and morning wood. It’s more because my wife gives me sex pretty much whenever I want and that makes maintaining an erection from fantasy or even porn sometimes hard.

I’ve gained a low amount of width due to jelqing.

My CS has had a more notable difference of gains.

That sounds like a pleasant problem to have.
Yes , I believe EL, duration of each rep and tightness of the grip all play a part.

Yeah, sounds like I’m complaining right? Definitely not looking for a solution to that “problem.” I’ll just try to tough it out.

I get your point though. Whenever I can stay focused and maintain a high EL, I’m going to try to go a little slower and firmer grip. I look at jelqing as the central/most important part of my workout and pumping is a warmup and/or supplement.
