I was wondering how much time I would need to spend a week doing PE to be successful. I am 6 inches nbpel right now and I am attempting to get it up to 7.5 nbpel. I do manual stretches, jelq, and I might try some clamping in the not to distant future. I have a job and other interests and a social life so I am a pretty busy guy, and I only want to spend like 4 hours per week total doing PE and still get good results. Is this doable?

You can know only if you try. You could gain 3”, you could gain nothing. 4 hours a week gives gains to most of people, if this is what you are asking.

I spend about an hour to an hour and a half a day with a stretcher and with clamping and jelqing after a piss, and I`ve seen 5/8” newbie gains in around 5 months.

And I take week-ends off.

If you’re busy and can do with less sleep than you’re currently getting, try transferring your workout times to night time when you’d normally sleep. I do mine right before I go to bed.

When I first started PE I had low goals and thought it’s enough for PE session to last 20-30 minutes. As I got more into it I figured that’s not enough time and now 45-60 minutes is standard. My goals have increased since then, of course. :)

I spend with manual stretches and jelqs around 30 min per workout day, which accounts for 2 - 2.5 hours / week and gains never stopped.

You should use 5 days à week for duration of 40-50 min.

Including warm up and cool down, I’m doing just about an hour, every other day. So 3 or 4 hours a week. I’m seeing results with that.

Hey cervix hunter, have you achieved those gains doing just manual stretches and jelqs only? What is your current routine? Hilarious name btw haha.

Best way to go is to follow the guidelines. Stay on newbie for recommended time and then move to a more advanced routine after that. If you are gaining from newbie just remain on it.

I too am busy with family and work, can anyone give me some adivce as too how best to use my time and what routine is best? I’ve strated jelquing and keep getting little red spots along the girth, I think they are burst blood vessels, is this good or am I doing something wrong?

You’re using too much pressure. Follow the newbie routine.
