How much time do I need to spend
I was wondering how much time I would need to spend a week doing PE to be successful. I am 6 inches nbpel right now and I am attempting to get it up to 7.5 nbpel. I do manual stretches, jelq, and I might try some clamping in the not to distant future. I have a job and other interests and a social life so I am a pretty busy guy, and I only want to spend like 4 hours per week total doing PE and still get good results. Is this doable?
