How much Kegel power do we need
I’m 18 and I masturbate for a long time (since I was 6-7 y/o I think). In time, I developed my own techniques, so in the last 3-4 years I trained myself to not ejaculate by unconsciously doing something which you call.. Edging. When I must ejaculate, I just simply do a kegel in the PONR, with max power to stop the sperm.
In the last few weeks I only had dry orgasm, probably due to over training the PC muscle. I could have 10 dry orgasms and being able to continue the sex contact, but I was unable to have a final, satisfactory orgasm (because the sperm didn’t come out). I took a break of Kegels / edging / sex and the problem seems to disappear..
I’ve just started the basic PE routine 2-3 weeks ago and my EQ is insane, but I’m not doing Kegels anymore because I think the PC muscle is too powerful.
What do you think ? How powerful must the PC muscle be ? How can I verify that, and can my problem be related to other factors ?
Should I continue doing Kegels ?
