Hello,

I’m 18 and I masturbate for a long time (since I was 6-7 y/o I think). In time, I developed my own techniques, so in the last 3-4 years I trained myself to not ejaculate by unconsciously doing something which you call.. Edging. When I must ejaculate, I just simply do a kegel in the PONR, with max power to stop the sperm.

In the last few weeks I only had dry orgasm, probably due to over training the PC muscle. I could have 10 dry orgasms and being able to continue the sex contact, but I was unable to have a final, satisfactory orgasm (because the sperm didn’t come out). I took a break of Kegels / edging / sex and the problem seems to disappear..

I’ve just started the basic PE routine 2-3 weeks ago and my EQ is insane, but I’m not doing Kegels anymore because I think the PC muscle is too powerful.

What do you think ? How powerful must the PC muscle be ? How can I verify that, and can my problem be related to other factors ?
Should I continue doing Kegels ?

Is this the first instance that this has happened? I think a lot of guys would love to be able to have multiple orgasms without ejaculating, but it doesn’t seem healthy to not be able to ejaculate when you are trying to. But then again, I have never heard of the PC being overdeveloped, so this is quite perplexing…

Out of curiousity, what is your Kegel routine?

This sounds pretty neat to me. I’ve never been able to have these dry orgasms, so I can’t give any useful advice. Was hoping the thread was about how many Kegels a person has to build up to in order to go from being a “spiller” to a “shooter”.

I’m a shooter. I do 20 minutes of rapid fire keels in the morning, and 20 minutes of squeeze-n-hold keels in the afternoon. One other thing you can do to help shoot, clamp down hard when you feel the point of no return, and then a second before you shoot let go.

I don’t have a Kegel routine.. I only did some basic Kegels at school that week.

I worked out my PC muscle by contracting it during the masturbation in adolescence. This way.. I forced more blood in penis and it’s much more pleasant - but without knowing, my PC muscle became stronger and I could block the ejaculation when I wanted.

There’s another thing I wanted to ask and I forget in the first post: during the sex / masturbation, it’s bad to continuously contract the PC muscle, isn’t it ? I avoid to do this now, because I discovered this leads me to faster to the PONR, but I want to know surely if you your muscle must be completely relaxed during sex and if I must contract only when I want to stop the ejaculation.

As I said.. I masturbated by now with a continously PC muscle contraction and it’s hard to dishabituate myself. I must know that it’s not good before starting to completely avoid it.

I just do kegels when it comes up in my head, i had dry orgasms and they never stopped me from busting a nut.

I went through a period where I couldn’t ejaculate with a girl, after I separated from my ex. When I learned to relax I began to ejaculate again, but it took a while to re-learn.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.
