So how much jelqs i need to do per session ?And also what are all the good grips ? I heard that OK grip isn’t very good …But i only know the ok grip

Start with 50 and add 20 each week. Ok grip is what I use. But I sometimes go for the overhand ok grip for a tighter grip. Normal ok grip is fine for newbies so they don’t injure themselves.

I never counted. I went by time. After getting fully conditioned I would jelq for 20 minutes.

Don’t count them. Like Gprent said he went by time.

After I got a feel for things I didn’t count or time it. I was done when I was done. That could have been five minutes or more than thirty.

We make the mistake of doing what someone else does without knowIng the health of another newbie. Case in point would be someone that masturbates with a gorilla grip as opposed to a feather touch. Those two would be at different starting points for jelqs.

Listen to your dick and pay attention to the sensations you’re feeling.

Why the Smithsonian? Because you could walk around it for a week and not see the whole thing.

Hey Smithsonian it will be different for everyone, but these are some things I have taken notice of.

My dick reaches a certain quality of plumpness ( feels and hangs heavy ), veins become more noticeable ( few notes about this; as I jelq I can see the blood filling the smaller veins more and more throughout the dick, it looks like lightening is striking in the sky; The closer I get to finishing my routine the veins take longer and longer to fade away ), the entire penis becomes a particular color of reddish/pink, and there is a sensitivity change.

Interested to know from others!

I’m a little better than halfway through the newbie routine and I keep it around 10 minutes which is spent both jelqing and keeping my erection at the optimum level. I do a modified version where I keep one hand in a choke position back into my fat pad while jelqing with the other, switching up hands every 20 strokes or so. I probably do somewhere close to 100 jelqs per session but I don’t count them.
