How much jelqing.

Just a simple question, how much Jelqing is considered too much Jelqing? Could you give an estimate in the number of jelqs (considering both hands as one rep) or in a time frame

I just love jelqing and I don’t mind doing it throughout the day, even so that I tend to do it everyday, but no matter how good it is, when it comes to erection quality at the end of the day, my cock is a little sore , despite the fact that if I started jelqing again everything is normal and spongy, so I thought to myself maybe I should give it some time to heal

Yep. Sometimes less is more. If you’re erections are getting weaker then you’re overdoing it.
