How much is too much

I have been hanging on and off for 4 years now. I’ve gained maybe 1/2 in length and 1/4 in girth. That may just be from normal growing. Now I am very determined to gain at least one inch in length and 1/2 in girth. But I just don’t know if I’m overdoing it. I usually do 15 min hanging with 10 min rest and heat with 8 lbs. It stings and hurts, but not if I stay very still. I do about 1 hour in total hang time, and then I jelq until my hand gets exhausted. I just get discouraged so quickly when I don’t get results. I just want to see something, anything, in two months, that’ll show me that it’s working. But how much should I be doing? Should I hang as often as I can whenever I can? Is the baseball bat affect good after a long jelqing session? To me it was awesome because then I knew I was actually doing something to my dick and not just wasting my time. How long did it take until you saw any marked improvement? How often did you measure? Can hanging with 8 lbs, jelqing, and kegels really be all I need to make my life happier?

Don’t jelq untill your hand gets tired. If you haven’t been doing it regularly for at least a few months you probably don’t need to do it for longer than 10 - 20 minutes.

I don’t know anything about hanging but I’m not sure ‘it stings and hurts’ is a good thing.

Taking rest days can be important, especially if you’re doing such an intense routine. You can’t make progress if your penis is constantly in a state of recovery without ever fully recovering.

It’s something I also struggle with but unfortunately when it comes to PE, perserverance but also PATIENCE is the name of the game. In the meantime I suggest you read as much material as you can find on this site about anything you’re unsure of. The truth is out there!

Finally, do kegels! They will help all aspects of your PE and massively increase your EQ. And you can do them on your rest days so you don’t feel bad that you’re not doing anything! :D

I haven’t tried hanging myself, but will after I finish the beginners routine. To me ,if I don’t get a feeling of being well worked, I’ve not exercised enough. Personal issue, I think. You shouldn’t feel pain in what ever you do.

I did a 20 min. Jelq last night, instead of counting sets and found it much more satisfying. Could you be hanging

To much weight ?

My start size BPEL was 5.5”. Last night was my 1st. Month on the routine and my ruler said 6”. WooHoo!!

This is towards what I wanted and all it takes is patience and perseverance, as Tweet says. And take days off.

This was something that was “hard” to do as I like pulling my dick. But,it helps repair your meat.
