How much is too much training

How much is too much training

I know this isn’t a race and going too fast and too hard too soon can cause problems. However, being human, wanting a bigger dick and newbie enthusiasm can potentially cause me to be a little over zealous.

Between the jelqing, stretching, hanging, etc. How much is too much? I mean, with all the options and exercises it is feasible that someone could spend a few hours a day on their dick. If you are hanging the recommended 10+ hours a week, that’s 2 hours a day right there. Throw in jelqing and manual stretching and you have yourself a part-time job.

So what do you think is line between aggressive pe and over-aggressive?
