Hi this is my first time posting although I’ve been reading the forums for along time - I’ve been thinking about persuing these pe techniques but I havnt really came to a decision.. Kind of worried about damage etc..

Anyways my question is does pe have a limit to the amount of size in length and girth you can achieve?

I measure 5 in length and 4.5 in girth - If I persued these techniques would I be able to achieve 2 inches in both length and girth if I followed a plan? Let me know.

I think while it’s possible 2 inches in girth is a really lot to ask for. I have been involved in PE for about 10 years and so far only a few minor injuries and all in all and much bigger and healthier dick. But yes you can damage yourself if your not careful and don’t take it slow and steady.

I would say start by trying and if you like it see where it goes.
But I would also recommend to fix yourself some smaller goals at the beginning.

As for my self you see I am looking to gain 1cm in girth and same for length. Once there
(If I get there) we will see.

Lets say in one year you gain half or a full inch in length it’s already very good, you will

I see.. What would cause a minor injury? I can only assume whatever causes minor injuries would have to be done more intensely to cause a major injury.

And when jelqueing how do I know is an adequate amount of ‘pull’ to see results?

In my opinion, I would say that it is definately possible to achieve your goals, as long as you are willing to put in the TIME and EFFORT in order to accomplish them. Don’t rush things, and do not OVERTRAIN! I certainly think that after 10 years you would be able to gain at least 2 inches.

Dino’s commitment is quite exemplary.

No risks no gain; the most important thing to have in mind: to make everithing gradually.

Ok well I did the newbie routine.. 5 minutes hot wrap.. 5 minutes of doing the downward stretch.. A little over 10 minutes of jelqueing - I found it difficult to jelq my dick and keep it erected.. It wouldn’t go all the way flaccid probably down to 25% hardness.. Is this ok? I did have to jerk off a little to get it harder then would continue jelqing.. After that I did the 50 5 second kegal holds..

After I did the jelqing but before the kegals I felt a slight pain but not uncomfortable feeling on the left side of the muscle beneath my teste’s - is this normal? Does this mean I went to hard or something? Help me out please

You don’t wanna be 100% erect when you’re jelqing. Everyone has their own opinion on how erect is the correct amount. But somewhere between 20% and 80% is fine.

My honest view, if you are pre-disposed to gain and follow the correct technique(s) with consistency over 2-years plus then 2+ inch gain in length is possible FOR SOME.

Can you gain 2 inch in girth, I’d say this is not possible.

Of course gains are limited, everything about our body is limited, or you would be seeing guys with 20” dicks who had PE’ed now for 10-15+ years.

Hate to break it to you but that goal is very far fetched and I would say in my opinion impossible. What your basically asking is can I triple my starting size. Yes volumetrically going from 5X4.5 to 7X6.5 you are tripling up (roughly 8 to 24ci). If your just starting and expecting results like that I’m afraid your doomed to fail.

Set some reasonable goals and please take your time in the beginning. Huge goals tend to get people frustrated when they don’t achieve them. Frustration leads to getting impatient and rushing things and pushing for more and that unfortunately only leads to injury.

I’d say a reasonable goal is +50% then take it from there but NOT +300%.

Like everyone has said it will be very difficult to gain that much and will require years of dedicated hard work but it has been done before:

I think it is definitely possible to gain 1” in length and 0.5” in girth in a year if you work hard on it. I have downloaded all statistics that members have provided this site with and very few manages more than 2” in length or 1” in girth.

Big Girtha and Aristocane both gained 2+ inches in girth from clamping, peforeal and many others have similar stats from pumping. I am even personally over an inch within my first year.

I agree. Set your goals for a much smaller amount of gain. Something like .25” in length and see how long it takes. When you begin, it’s hard to only work length or girth, so both will grow but not at the same rate. All you can do is try. If you think you are working too hard, then back off a little. No sense in damaging something. Take your time and work 5 - 6 days a week and you’ll get a decent gain in 9 months or so, but probably not the 2” length and 2” girth that you want now.


Ultimate Goal is 8" NBPEL x 6" EG

Spring 2009 measurement is 7.25" BPEL x 5.85" EG
