01-sept-2008 --- NBPEL 6,2" --- EG base 5,15" --- EG mid and top 5,4"

15-okt-2008 --- NBEL 6,4" --- EG base 5,3" --- EG mid 5,25" --- EG top 5,6"

Started: 5.5” (Mid), 6” (Base)
Peaked: 6.5” (Mid), 7.2” (Base)
Now: 6” (Mid), 6.8” (Base)

I’ve gone up and down, due to a change in goals and finally realising some hanging gains.

Starting in early 2002: 4.375 mseg. Got up to 4.9 mseg in about a year. After 4 years away from PE, I was down to 4.6 mseg. This was due in part to a non-PE injury, subsequent long-term treatment on narcotic pain killers, and starting smoking again. Now that is all cleared up, except for the God damn smoking.

Started again (permanently) a couple months ago, back up to 4.75 mseg and still growing now. Short term goal; 5” mseg by Valentine’s Day 2009.

Gained over an inch in length in the same time, only lost 1/10 inch in my 4 years off PE. Got that 1/10 inch back quickly after re-starting. Focusing more on girth and more agressive clamping this time around. Still, I am going to get another inch in length over the next year. Goal: 7” (NBP) or 7.5 BP X 5.25 mseg. Then it’s just maintenance, or more girth if it happens to come….

I’d say 1/2 inch girth in the first year is realistic for most guys, as long as you follow a good routine, and stick to it.

From 4.7 to 5.2+x (not yet cemented)

Got to 4.9 with Clamping (took me eternity)
Got from 4.9 to 5.2+x in a couple of short months with o-bends (god bless you mr. orange!)

“What are erect squeezes?”

I got them off massivemember.com.

With a 100% erection (if I remember correctly), make an ok grip at the base (it should be completely loose to begin with). Then with the other hand, place your thumb on top of the shaft, and your index finger and middle finger directly underneath. Do a strong kegal to fill the penis to the max., tighten the ok grip, then squeeze the thumb and fingers toward each other, hold for a count of 2 seconds (the kegal should be held until the squeeze is over). After the 2 seconds is up, completely relax the kegal and the squeeze.

After doing this, move the fingers and thumb up the shaft 1 inch and repeat. Continue this to just below the glans, then go back down to the shaft. Doa about two of these (up to glans then back to shaft) to start with.

If I were you I would go onto massivemember.com to make sure my description is correct. As with any other erect exercise, BE CAREFUL. I have a very eliptical penis, which I partly contribute to these (I may be naturally like this though); my erect width is 2” while my girth is “only” 5.5”.

Sorry, I have just checked the site, and an ok grip is not needed if your are kegalling with the squeeze. If you aren’t doing the kegal, then use an ok grip at the base.

Oh and another thing I want to add…

You mean an actual cool down, ie ice? Or cool down as in, applying heat after you’re finished as well as before you start.


Going for 6 inches of girth, wish me luck.
