How much force should be applied to my ADS
I recently bought an ADS off ebay, it’s one of the silicone cup deeleys that folds over your glans and a harness is attached to your leg via a bungee cord.
Now, I was wondering how much tension I should apply? I mean, how should it FEEL in my unit. Should it feel like a manual stretch? Because I stretch pretty hard and applying that kind of force to the ADS causes me to walk funny and I’m afraid of overtraining.
I’ve set it quite a bit lighter so that I can feel a stretch, but no stretch in my ligs, is this what should be happening? Should I just go ahead with a large amount of tension?
