I’m thinking about starting PE myself
And I’ve just wondered how much did you gain and in how much time??
Also I’ve wondered what’s the average gains in the 1st 6 months and 1st year

I’ve gained now over 1.5” length in just under 2-years (with 6 months off PE over that period).

I gained very quickly in the early days, probably 1” within 6 months, but this was a fast gain I’d say.

With the right dedication and technique I’d say most guys could get 1” within a year, but it is hard to state any average, it is down to your own body and approach.

Girth gains are generally thought of as harder to get than length gains.

I’m gaining fairly quickly early on but don’t know how long tthese gains will continue at this pace and have gained very little in the girth department. I’ll try to work on that once the length gains slow down to nothing as I would like an extra inch in that department.

But yeah,an inch within your first year seems very achievable judging by most of the progress threads on here.

Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

Goal: 8"nbpel x 7" A one eyed monster by any standard :)

I’ve been at it for a good five months now and I was able to stick to my routine quite regularly. So far I gained roughly 2.2cm (0.9 in) in length and 0.9cm (0.35 in) in girth. I guess this makes me a fast gainer, but it is doable - if you stick regularly to it. But everyone seems to be different.

So just go ahead and find out for yourself how fast you are able to gain.

Start (11/08): BPEL 16.0cm (6.3"), EGMS 11.2cm (4.4")

Now (05/09): BPEL 18.4cm (7.24"), EGMS 12.1cm (4.76")

+3 cm EL and +1 cm EG - from 2006 to 2009.

I gained an inch back in the day. I truly don’t know how long it took. Never having had any self confidence issues I don’t have the motivation that some guys have.


Running a Massive Co-Front.

Starting in September last year, I have now gained 1” in length and 0.5” in girth and from what I have learnt, that is pretty quick. But I have been patient and accurate with my training and do the wet jelq + stretch 5 days in a week (plus adding warm wraps before and after). I do not cheat in time or how I do the exercises and I think that is very important.

I am used to a lot of training from sport and think of this as just another workout. I started at 5.7” and am today 6.7” in length and went from 4.9” to 5.4” in girth and I am 37 years of age so for no doubt, this does not only work for young men.

The reason I started was just curiosity. I have been married for about 12 years by now and my woman never complained about size. But after giving birth to two children, she has for sure changed and what I would like to gain most in future is girth.

What I have started with, from about 1 month ago is to add the Sadsak Slinky method to gain even more girth.

Well, that’s my story so far.

Interesting to know what was your size around 21?

Why I ask is because my theory is not only does this work for older men, but you are going to get better gains the older you are, simply because you will regain size lost naturally over the years.

That is a good question. Actually, I am not sure and I never measured it properly. But I think it was about 15 cm (5.9”) by then from some measure I did. I have no idea about girth but there was never a problem with being too thin as the girls I dated in my youth always seemed pretty tight. As for most people I guess, I could do it more frequently by then but am more persistent today. Interesting theory you have.maybe it is right.

Yeah I would say you are pretty much spot on. BUT, in addition, the tunica is also said to become wekaer with age. And so one would think an “older” tunica would be easier to expand than a younger one.

YET, then we have the natural growth factor. I started PE’ing when I was 17. Using an incredibly lazy routine, and without using ANY stretches, I gained 1.5” in length and 0.5” in girth in the space of about 8 months. Whether some of those gains should be attributed to natural growth- it’s hard to say, but the exercises certainly must have played a part.
