How much can you gain from manual

Has there been any big gainers who only jelqed or did manual routines? I’ve plateaued and have stopped seeing gains. I’ve currently gained about 0.7” and from looking at a lot of other threads it seems like this was a good gain and a lot of people seem to slow down drastically after the 0.5-0.7” mark. I’m not sure if this is because people hit their goals and are happy or stop being consistent after the initial gains.

My goal is to reach 2” gain in length, but not sure if this is going to be possible?


Start BPEL 6.125 x 4.8 EG

Now BPEL 7.1 x 5.25 EG

I gained 1 1/2 in length and 3/4 girth just by jeqing and stretching. It took a couple of years but I was happy.

2” is definitely possible. It takes time and commitment. There are also potentially anatomical variations that make it harder for some.

Just wanted to bump this thread to see if anyone else has had strong gains from only manual? I seem to be struggling very hard to gain anything extra now and I’m scared to pump/hang.

Maybe you need to change the way you stretch.

Now : Bpel 6.7"

I’d also advise experimenting with variations of your manual routine before giving up. Change up the time under tension, add more heat, mix up your rest day schedule, look up tips on manuals techniques etc. Lots of stuff to do before trying any devices.

I know DickPushups has made good progress over a full years time with only manuals. I also consider my progress so far pretty good and I have only done manuals as well, but I have no experience of stagnation and what to do to solve it since I’ve just recently started.

The thing is, I’m sure there are big gainers from only manuals… but unfortunately everyone is different, and what works for someone doesn’t work for all.

But what is obvious, what you’re doing now is no longer working.

I understand your concerns with hanging. For me there is too many variables for me to be comfortable with it, (e.g. how you attach the weight to your penis… slippage :eek: ). Also the time commitment is something I don’t have.

I do a combination of manual and pumping now. With pumping, I find there are less variables involved… only time and vacuum. As long as you are sensible with both, I can’t see you going to wrong. The only injuries I’ve seen from pumping, are from those that go over what is recommended in time and/or vacuum.

I personally think that it’s safer than manuals, since you don’t have to worry about things like grip pressure, or how hard you pull when stretching.

I’ve gained almost 2” in length and about 3/4” in girth in less than a year from manuals with no signs of gains stopping anytime soon. Manuals work, you just have to dial in your routine.

To chip in with a question, where do people draw a line on whether something is working or not time wise? Is four months too short to gauge, or what about six months?

Maybe even over conditioning it. Make sure you aren’t pulling and/or squeezing too hard on the Newbie Routine. That’s the number one killer for no gains. Too much enthusiasm.

Oh, sure. Is that when the penis becomes secured at an unideal point?

I probably am, but it’s also hard to really know if I’m not allowing too much blood to escape. (Especially if erection level is below 70%)

Yeah. That’s a variable for most though.

It is really hard to know. The only way I can tell other that just knowing my feel and experience is to observe my PI’s or Physiological Indicators for growth and adjusting to keep within the values.

My approach is based on my experience of stretches outside of PE. If the stretch feels good (sensation of relief), it’s worth insisting, or the results will be delayed. If the stretch doesn’t (itchiness, pain, lack or relief), it isn’t.

However, successfully stretching a specific part doesn’t necessarily lead to visible results if an antagonist part opposes some resistance, either by lack of antagonist stretch or out of exhaustion.

And hanging with clamp style hangers will stretch your skin and easily cause permanent discoloration.

It is nice to hear that people have gained over 1,5” with manuals. I gained 0,7” with hanging 6 months and brutalizing my cock. Now I’m tryin to get that other 0,7” with manuals.
