How much can the average guy who does PE consistently for 2 years expect to gain

How much can the average guy who does PE consistently for 2 years expect to gain

Obviously this is a question for veterans. If you take out the variables, exercises used and amount of time spent per day etc., what is the average amount a guy on Thunder’s Place gains (length wise) who spends a consistent 2 years at it, based on what you have read over the years?

1” in length x 0.5” in girth.

I think one thing that most of the vets will agree on is that there is no such thing as “average” - it varies significantly.

It’s a bit like asking “How much will a tree grow in 2 years?”. Is the tree in the desert or the tropics? What sort of tree is it? Will it be fed fertiliser and watered regularly? How old was it to start with? You can’t really take out the variables and come up with anything meaningful.

From what I know, most guys here don’t spend a “consistent 2 years at it”. They usually get their gains or get bored long before then - very few have the dedication to pursue it for that long. Besides, there comes a point where stopping PE can become advantageous for further growth - a “decon” (de-conditioning) break can kick start gains after they have slowed or stopped.

Having said this, the one member who really stands out in my mind for perseverance and consistency is Bennett8 who gained a remarkable 2.5” - truly inspirational given his less than optimal starting stats. Search through the Members Pics and Routines forums ….. I’m sure you’ll find others.

How long is usually a good amount of time to de-condition when the gains stop?

It seems to vary according to how long you have been PEing, at what consistency/intensity and your particular physiology …. some people only need a few weeks, for others it may be months. I took 6.5 years off and now I’m getting newbie gains again. :)

Sometimes, just a change of routine is enough to encourage growth to start again.

Lil12big1 - How did your previous gains cement? Did you shrink during your time off?

For me, it appears that it took about 3 months to cement gains - most of what I gained without a 3 month cementing time, I subsequently lost over the next 6.5 years. So for me, the equation was, Gains + 3 months cementing time = “permanent gains”. Cementing gains is a really tricky and contentious subject that I’ve hypothesised about here - make sure you also read post #18 in that thread for an Addendum that clarifies certain points.

The good news is that after very little time and effort, I’ve managed to get all my losses back and have gained even more! :) I don’t know whether this is due to “tissue memory” or it’s just a new round of newbie gains - either way, I’m not complaining! :leftie:

It is really an almost impossible question to answer, but I think this is a fair estimate for almost anyone who does PE.

I’d say most who are consitent over this period on the right routine will get at least the gain mentioned. If you are pre disposed to gains I’d say you will manage towards 2” in 2-years.

I have only read about 60 hours of threads on Thunder’s over the years. I would have guessed about 1 1/4.

I’ve been PEing for 3 months now.

Gained an inch in length (1.5cm) since I started.
My girth hasnt changed that much though, but I’ve been doing manual clamping for 2 weeks and after each session my unit is 0.5inch thicker then normal.

1 inch = 2.54 cm

I have been PE’ing for over a year now.

And have gained 1” in length and roughly 0.5 in girth

Strangely enough the same stats as Marinera quoted

Marinera is pretty accurate, at least as far as an “average” goes, if there even is one. There are just too many variables involved. I did PE for about 2 years several years ago. I gained over an inch in length, and nearly 2/3 inch in girth. Variables? Smoking, drinking, etc. Hindered my gains? Probably.

I got out of PE for about 4 years, zero maintenance. I lost about 1/2 my original girth gains, but only 1/10 of an inch of length. Also went from a 10 to a 7 in EQ over that time.

I have been back at full-time PE for over 9 months now. I have gained back all of my losses, and am in the process of cementing gains which will put me over my previous largest size from 4+ years ago. I’ll soon be updating my stats in the PE database. My EQ is back up to about 8, but that’s just from fatigue. I’m closer to 9.5 after rest day(s) now, and the morning wood is back also, which was about non existent when I re-started PE. I have not jacked off in a year, which I used to do semi-regularly when I did PE the first time around. I get laid enough with the wife, I don’t have the desire to jack off (get laid 4+ times per week). I am a believer that masturbation is counter productive to PE, and that is something which is hotly debated here, some believe it, some don’t. I don’t think regular sex hinders gains however, but at least for me, masturbation is something completely different. It’s funny, about once a month I’ll even have a wet dream! I attribute this to the benefits of PE, I hadn’t had those since my late teens! These can happen even on a night when I got laid before going to sleep. As we age, I think PE has even more benefits to EQ and overall sexual health.

It’s been hard work getting the lost gains back, I didn’t get the “newbie” gains all over again like I had hoped I would. This time around, I’ve had to add clamping, pumping, ADS, etc. The routine has been amped up to nearly an hour a day, 5 days a week. Everyone is a little different, there’s just too many variables…

Another thing I will say, any/all gains attained should be MAINTAINED for life, if you want to keep them. I learned that the hard way, and there are other vets here who have lost almost all their gains due to inactivity. I truly believe this is a lifetime thing, not to be taken lightly. If you truly want a bigger dick, you will need bullet-proof dedication, and have to stick with it no matter what. That’s the bottom line, DEDICATION.

How much gains

Hi

I would say not to expect a certain amount of gains in any length of time. The only thing I would advise (being a noob myself) is that to believe that gains will come (as they did for me in only a couple of months) just as long as you stick to your routine and don’t give up.

I have gained more Girth than Length, I want length but I’m not unhappy with it. Though I have gained a little length also, but mostly girth.

I have been doing PE for around 2 months, If that helps
