How much can I expect?

How much can I expect?

Was just honestly curious how many girth gains people actually make over a month, 6 months a year, 2 years, etc.

I’m 6 inches in length, but my entire shaft is 4.25 in girth, so I have serious anxiety when it comes to penis size. I’m willing to run the marathon, but I was curious how much in gains I should be expecting in the future.

Welcome. I can tell you this -
I started last June. I was 6.25x4.25. Same anxiety. In three months of doing the newbie routine, I gained 1/4" in length and 1/2" in girth. I spent more time on jelqs than I did on stretches. I’m holding steady at 4.75 in girth, and am changing things up to get to 5". You have to have patience.

Read through a lot of the material from the more experienced guys here.
Don’t ignore the material on the home page.
Advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

Good luck and good gains.

JUN-01-17: BPEL 6 1/4" MEG 4 1/4" || JAN-20-18: BPEL 7" MEG 4 3/4"

Short Term Goal: BPEL 7 1/2" MEG 5.0" --> Long Term Goal: 9x6

My Progress thread: Oldjake's Progress Report

I started PE at 19. I did the Jp90 program at PeGym and had good results. I started at 7x5 and ended up at 7.75x5.25. Unfortunately I stopped doing PE and lost just about all my gains. So I was back at 7.25x5. Make sure if you decide to do PE, stay consistent. The the most important thing.

When I started I was BPEL: 6.25” BEG: 4.5” MEG: 4.5”. I had size anxiety, too. My flaccid was nothing to be proud of, either (NBPFL: 3.25” FG 3.5”). Fast forward three years, I’m at BPEL: 7.5” BEG: 5.5” MEG 4.75” NBPFL: 4.5” FG: 4.25”.

PE works but you need a lot of patience. Don’t expect miracles overnight because it won’t happen. Additionally, listen to the veterans. They will help you from getting injured.

Good luck and enjoy the journey.

Current: 7.5 BPEL, 6 BEG, 5.5 MSEG, 5 NBPFL, 5 FG, 8.25 BPFSL

Long term goal: 8 BPEL, 6 BEG, 6 MSEG, 5.5 NBPFL, 5 FG

Encouraging stuff. I too hope to gain in the girth department. I want length too, but want to get to 5” MSEG. Currently at 4.5” MSEG. Been at it about 6-7 weeks. Haven’t gained too much, but have gained some for sure.

This was maybe my biggest question when I was starting out. I obsessively looked at people’s posted stats to try to figure this out.

You have to understand that it’s a scale, and the low end of that scale is “you might not gain at all” and “you might gain length, but little to no girth.” Some people seem to have very tough tunicas that really don’t want to stretch and grow. Girth, especially, is harder for most. You’ll see a lot of guys with stats going back years who have successfully grown in length but haven’t made it past .25 inches in girth.

It’s normal to experience a little bit of growth very quickly in the first month—especially length—from the ligaments stretching and improvements in EQ. However, a lot of other guys—like me—don’t grow at all for a couple months as they start to figure out the technique. Once the real gains start, they come quickly for a few months, then taper off as your tissues becomes conditioned.

I think .25–.5 inches of girth gain is a pretty reasonable answer for what might be possible in 6 months. I’m almost to my measuring day for month 8, and I might get to record that I’ve reached .5 inches. Very few seem to grow past 1 inch in girth. However, I do think that number is doable, but hard in 2 years. Any gains past that will be very slow.

You said the right word, which is “marathon.” I think these numbers are pretty reasonable, but you shouldn’t mistake them as targets. Start slow. Do the newbie routine. Use constant heat. Try to improve your general fitness and health. Avoid all devices for 3–6 months. (Better to wait until you stop growing from manual exercises, if you can.) Read. Read. Read. Take good measurements now—photos, too, if you can. Make a progress report thread so that you can get feedback from the veterans.

Here’s an analysis of TP user stats.

Why the Smithsonian? Because you could walk around it for a week and not see the whole thing.

Be patient! If you build it, she will cum.

It’s hard to say how much. Girth gains are going to come slower than length gains but I can tell you that your PE journey will take you to a better place than where you are now. Are you stats right now based on good EQ? I had an EQ problem that I thought was ED, girth shot up an easy 1/4” to 1/2” after I fixed the EQ probem.
