How much can I expect to gain?

How much can I expect to gain?

Currently around 4.5”-5” (boy I know.). How much realistically can I expect to gain?
A problem is sometimes I wear tight pants and get massive boners, but the pants restrict the blood flow. I’m not sure if that has any detrimental effects.

With this kind of question in mind, zero. How hard it will be, how few you will gain, how much time it will take… those aren’t the concerns of someone who wants to get the most out of it, but to find reasons to give up. Change your mind state.

I think it all depends on how long you are willing to commit. Although, I am a newbie, I have ready many posts. The people who have committed and done 5+ years have great gains. The ones going on a year not so much. Commit long term and be consistent and the results will follow.

One way to find out! I can guarantee that unless you overdo it and hurt yourself, you won’t be any worse off than if you don’t try ;)

IF you do try, remember that adding heat to soften up your penile tissue is extremely important for getting results as well as for preventing injury. Easiest way is to just do your newbie routine in the shower under hot water.

And, don’t overdo it! You’ll gain more, faster if you go slow and steady by following the newbie routine AND always using heat, than if you do a more intense routine without heat. Especially if you get an injury from overdoing it.

It will help in ways other than growth. Better erection quality will take what you already have an make it fuller more consistently. You won’t get shrinkage as often and your flaccid with hang better. Those things alone make it worth the 20 minutes a day in the beginning to see if it works for you. Give it 3 months. What do you have to lose?
