How much can he really take

Hey!
I’ve been into sports and training my entire life and I also know that you are suppose to rest for like 48 hours between workouts (heavy lifting) and stuff..
What seems a bit strange to me is how most of you can do these PE exercises every single day.. And I do that too, and yeah, I might be paranoid again, I don’t feel any pain or anything but I just wanted to know if it’s really the way to go? Doesn’t “it” need time to rebuild it’s cells and stuff.how does it work? Appriciate answers

(And also, I must have been a member for more then 2 weeks now and YES I’ve posted more then 20 posts and I still can’t ask anything in the other forum-sections) why is that?

ANOTHER QUESTION

I just read a “guide” to the wet jelq video here on thunder’s place and it said that it was “sensible” to apply a wrap, hot or cold afterwards..

Just WHAT does “sensible” mean? The dictionary didn’t even have it.. Please help me out here.. Atleast tell me if I should apply this wrap (but I probobly should) right?
