Hey guys. Newbie on 2nd week of routine. I’ve noticed that my dick sort of aches during the day. Not a pain at all but more of a sensation that makes me realize it’s there. When lifting weights it’s normal to have the muscle soreness which is a sign of a good workout, is this the same theory with my cock? Or, does this mean I’m overdoing it? I have had a few light red spots on the head a couple times that I jelqed and they went away. Thanks.

I find I ache in the groin, by my dick exit point. This only lasts a while after my routine, maybe 1/2 day tops.

If you are aching for too long I’d take a break or keep an eye on the intensity of what you are doing.

Any “pain” is bad.

Some soreness is to be expected, but if you experience discomfort you should reduce your intensity until your penis becomes more conditioned. When I started I could not handle the newbie routine and did only half of it for about a month until I got used to it. Once my penis could handle it I stepped up the intensity. Always listen to your dick… unless it’s about women. :)

I found it ached around my uretrah (hope how that it`s spelled) it resulted when I stretdhed from cm below the head took a day off it worked wonders.I was PEing 6 days per week now I am sticking with 2 days on 1 off

I find that I am sore as well and I’ve learned to appreciate the ‘rest’ days to allow the soreness to subside. My schedule is work on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and rest the other days. The rest has helped me.

Thanks guys. The soreness has subsided and this was a very good reminder to listen to my dick - except about women of course!
