I do pe 2 days in a row and rest 1 day..

This involves stretching, jelqing and clamping.

Is that a good day(s) on day(s) off?

If you are new to PE you should not clamp. The rest sounds good.

He probably means hand clamps. If you’ve just started PE 2on 1off sounds good. It may be beneficial after some time to change it to a 5 on 2 off and see how you get on. But so long as you are gaining don’t change things.

Actually he clamps with a thick rubber band, the kind they wrap asparagus with at the market. Apparently he can’t afford to spend $1.50 on a cable clamp at Home Depot or Walmart. He is destined to injure a vein and spend some time on the sidelines waiting for it to resolve itself.

Actually you shouldn’t even think about clamping for now. If you just started it’s the wrong way. You may fuck up your dick permanently if you don’t know what your doing.
