I just started. How many people have made decent gains using this in their rouitine.
You should take a look in the “progress report”… I believe a lot of people have gained girth doing this exercise, but I recommend doing a month or so of jelqing (and maybe stretching) only if you just started, to make sure you know what your penis can and cannot handle. Doing Ulis is a very stressing exercise for your penis, so be careful if you decide to try them anyhow.
Decide first whether you are ready for the discoloration issue or not.
