How many jelqs- 25 or 200

Hey guys, I’m gonna begin PEing in the next couple of days.

However, I’ve seen a lot of conflicting advice on here and it’s really hard to pick my way through it all.

The newbie routine suggests 200 dry jelqs for beginners, but then I’ve seen other people advise as little as 25-30 wet jelqs.
That’s a pretty big difference! And I’ve no idea who to trust.

Can anyone clear this up for me? If I’m gonna waste 30 minutes a day touching my dick, I want to make sure I’m doing a programme that’s going to work!

But seriously, different people have different dicks and one routine that is volume-heavy may be too much for another who gains with a less is more routine. What you want to do is start very low. In the beginning, just start with jelqs (if you are that worried, not completely necessary.) Only after a week or two should you add stretches so that you can seperate the two exercises and be able to tell how each individually effects you. Start with maybe 30-40 jelqs. If you don’t have much soreness and you penis may feel “tingly”, go up another 15 or 20 a week. Keep going up until you start to feel soreness, or turtle too much, or experience erections less often or ones that are not as hard. If you experience this, scale back on the volume until your EQ is at its highest.

The newbie routine is a pretty well tested, tried and true routine. If you’re not going to start actively PEing for a couple of days, read through it again, read the warnings in the newbie forum, and then proceed carefully,paying attention to how your penis feels and to your PI’s. Many of us have achieved significant gains by following the newbie routine. Good luck!

I believe you have this backwards. If you are just starting you shouldn’t be doing dry jelqs because that is a more advanced technique, especially doing 200 of them. You should do whatever feels comfortable for you. Try 100 WET jelqs if you can’t do that no worries, go less.

Ah right my mistake. Thought the newbie routine was dry jelqs. Still there’s a pretty big difference between 25 and 200 :D

Based on what people have said, I think I’m going to start off lower than 200 then work my way up to the newbie routine.

Trouble is it takes me much much longer than 10 minutes to do 200 jelqs. It takes me about that long to do 30, as I spend so long trying to get the right level of erection.

That’s ok. I would take quality over quantity any day. Even if you don’t get the number of jelqs you would like to do that day, the quality of the ones that you did do, will still make a big difference.

This is the exact advice I always give. If you do good quality jelqs, you don’t have to do so many.
