I have tried various exercises to see my first gains, but they have not come.

I tried recently the Uli, the V-stretch, inverted v-stretch but because of my small size and me loosing the grip of the head, I resigned those..

I thinked of just keeping it simple, JELQS and 4-direction STRETCHES - finito!

My question is: How many of you have gained from these exercises ALONE, and how much(what time)?

You’ve only been PEing consistently since August, thats only 2 months.

You shouldnt have even tried Ulis seeing as your penis is not conditioned.

It sounds like you’re trying to force gains with impatience. DO the newbie routine - and ONLY the newbie routine - for the next 3 months consistently, and see how you get on.

Take stacks adviced stick to the newbie routine. It works slowly but surely I’ve been on it for a month and notice gains already I even have a growh ring after a month.

You didn’t say actually HOW small. I started out very small (3.75 bpel.) For stretching, I use an overhand grip using a facial tissue to help prevent slipping.


Start: (6-27-03/at age 45) 3.75" BPEL, 4.75 EG". Current: 6" BPEL, 5.5" EG ... Update (2/2010): My current love doesn't want me any bigger... can you believe it? So, I've decided to take a break from PE. But I'm still happy to inspire people and respond if you contact me.

And about equally in girth.

How much have you gained, and since when??
Did you gain something only from jelq+stretch?

The more intense pump/uli’s; are they particularly for people who have gained SOME, but want to gain more?
I want my first gains, then the basics should do it?

The basic (newbie routine) is needed to condition your penis .witch means that if you try Uli now you will damage it .. The newbie routine is a good way to get gains .. Do the newbie routine 3 months and then try the rest .

OK, well I think I have conditioned it a while now.

One question: If I would try the Uli, or another advanced exercise, could I then damage my penis so it will never grow again?

Dude, the impossibility of further growth is the last thing you will be worrying about if you damage your unit. Keep things going, but keep them going slowly. There’s no need to hurry up.

As for the success with the newbie routine - yes, I did see some results. Just check my progress report (link below in signature). I’m a stealth PEer and somewhat short on time so I only do the jelq part, but I have been doing my exercises for quite exactly two and half a month now (the addition of stretching is too recent to be considered a cause for what little success I’ve had this far).

Yes, but if I’d injured it so sevrely I’m an impotent-case, then of course I’d take PE in second hand.

But my question was, if I already have injured my penis (I can get erection, everything is normal though), could the impossibility of growth appear?
