How many. from this only
I have tried various exercises to see my first gains, but they have not come.
I tried recently the Uli, the V-stretch, inverted v-stretch but because of my small size and me loosing the grip of the head, I resigned those..
I thinked of just keeping it simple, JELQS and 4-direction STRETCHES - finito!
My question is: How many of you have gained from these exercises ALONE, and how much(what time)?
