How long would it take to grow an inch in length

How long would it take to grow an inch in length

I’m convinced now that jelqing works because there are some legit pictures in one of the forums. How long would it take me to gain an inch on average from guys with experience, thanks.

If you want to gain an inch in length I would recommend focusing mostly on length exercises. Do stretching and a bit of light jelqing for a few months to condition your unit and then start hanging and ADS/extending. If you hang 6 sets a day, get up to around 30 pounds in 6 months and extend in between hanging sets an inch length gain would be achievable in 9-12 months IMHO.

Great thanks, I’m looking forward to it.

Slow down just a bit. I recommend doing the newbie routine until it’s no longer producing gains. That said I’m thinking an inch may be obtainable in a little over a year. Remember, more is not always more when it comes to PE.

Happy Growing.

Cool, thanks allot.

Depends highly on the individual. Some guys report an inch gain in under 6 months, apparently (though those seem to be extremely rare). Less rare are guys who report an inch in about a year or so. Then you have guys like me who still haven’t gained an inch in length.

Starting measurements (August 2009): BPEL: 7.625in EG:6.25in BPFSL: 7.5in flaccid BP length:4in

"Peak" measurements (Oct. 2012): BPEL: 8in EG: 6.625in BPFSL: 8.375 in flaccid BP length: 6in

Current measurements (Nov. 2017): BPEL: 8in EG: 5.75in BPFSL: 8.25in flaccid BP length: 6in

Give the newbie routine a few months to see if it gives you gains, if it does, simply stick with it.

If you transition to hanging absolutely do not attempt to work you way up to 30lbs. The idea is to stretch your unit out, not to hang heavy weights off of it. Work up to 10lbs or so for >10 hours/week. If you don’t gain at 10lbs gradually increase the weight until you do start seeing gains.

Running a Massive Co-Front.

It should take about X. If you haven’t seen good initial gains in Y, you are probably doing something wrong.

Exactly. When I first hanged I thought it was about pounds, but its about keeping the ligaments sore but not injured.

But you aren’t near ready to hang yet

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

I promise that the newbie routine will do you good. Take a advice from someone who overtrained himself.

When stretching, there is a relationship between (Amount of Time & Tension) to (Gain). So it would be difficult to place a specific time in which to gain 1 inch. Plus, everyone seems to respond differently, which only makes time horizon more difficult to predict. I would venture to say that to gain 1 inch, most guys (let’s say 75% of us) will easily take at least 1 yr; maybe even 18-24 mo’s with serious dedication.
