How Long To See Results

Hi guys, how long actually I can see the results about 0.5 inch in length?

I think it would depend on you…your body and your level of commitment. Of course you must also balance between overdoing it and being plain lazy!!! Good luck sir!!!

It took me 4,5 months for the first 03. which came in a spurt and 7, 5 months to gain the rest 0.2 which came gradually.

In total say 8 months for 0.5 in length, but I had some injuries, maybe without them I could have gained earlier, I don’t know.

I primarily do girth work but I got my first length gains in my first two weeks .2-.3 of inch….so far, four months in, no more gains. That’s just me… You could gain faster or slower and depending on what choose to work on

I gained .25 in first month, length n girth n take very few rest periods.

Pretty fast man, can you share your routine.

It depends. Everybody’s body is different. Some people have a better blood flow which can help heal faster so they get quicker gains. I’ve seen some get those gains in 6 months. I just want girth, I’m cool having 6-6.5 for length

I think gain will start quickly after finishing the newbie routine because you will be starting to hang and clamp,

This is my 2nd week, no gain so far only that .25 maybe on BPEL and 0 gain on NBPEL

Seems like I have gained 0.1 inch in my first 2.5 months of pe but Im doing only like 3 good pe days in a week.

That’s all right. I haven’t gained anything until 4 months on and I was doing 3 days one week, 4 days the next etc.
