How long to do the beginner routine

I am currently 6”x5.5” and I was wondering how long should I do the beginner routine? Also is 5.5” EG large for someone who has never done PE?


Start (November 06, 2013): 6.5"x5.5"

Short term goal: 7.25"x6"

Long term goal: 8"x6.5"

For at least 90 days or until the gains stops, whichever comes last. :)

And yes 5.5” of girth is pretty big, you should be proud.

I clamped for a few mins today and got to 5.5”. Felt huge, almost enough to make me want to focus on girth.

But Clamping is a very dangerous exercise for a beginner, its recommended to wait 6 months before considering to ease into clamping.

I wasn’t suggesting he start clamping, just noting my experience regarding 5.5” EG. I’ve also read that clamping can begin ~3 months into PE…really depends on the person.
